Zagreb (Croatia) - After a long struggle to obtain an appropriate space, Icograda Professional Member the Croatian Designers Society has recently moved into its new premises in Croatia's capital, Zagreb. The new premises will serve not only as offices, but also as a space for design exhibitions and a place for Croatian designers and design students to socialise, exchange ideas and explore new possibilities. A vital role of this designer's club is also intended for a first-ever Design Library in Croatia.

Croatian designers have started to put together a small collection by donating books from their private libraries but the possibilities of obtaining design books and magazines are somewhat limited. Therefore, all contributions in books and/or magazines related to design topics would be a most welcome and valuable contribution for the Library.

Croatian Designers Society thanks in advance all our colleagues around the world willing to participate in the donation, your contributions will be much appreciated. In this spirit, you are asked to write the name of the donor or donor institution on the first page so your generosity can always be remembered by Croatian designers and design students.

Please send donated books and magazines to:
