    Milano (Italy) - "Changing the Change" is an international conference on the role and potential of design research in the transition towards sustainability. The event is included within the World Design Capital® Torino 2008 celebrations and seeks to make a significant contribution to a necessary transformation that involves changing the direction of current changes toward a sustainable future.

    Toronto (Canada) - From 1300 entries, eighty eight design firms have been selected as design award winners in the 2007 Applied Arts Advertising and Design Awards. Of the multiple award winners, Montreal firm Paprika received nine awards, Underline Studio of Toronto took home seven, and orangetango and Atelier Chinotto, also both based in Montreal, each came away with six prizes.
