Part-time (4 days per week)

Maternity Leave Replacement


Description

We are looking for a maternity leave replacement!

The Administrator will take over a variety of administrative duties to assist with Member relations and management.

Skills/ Qualifications

  • cultural awareness/ diplomacy (international experience a plus)
  • detail-oriented and highly organized
  • languages: English fluency, a second language a plus (Chinese, Arabic, German, Portuguese, etc.)
  • knowledge of Filemaker an asset
  • comfortable in Microsoft Office (Mac and PC environments)
  • undergraduate degree
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize work
  • a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt

 

Tasks

  • general office administration
  • invoice issuing and tracking
  • accounts receivables
  • database management
  • payment processing and recording
  • record-keeping and periodical verification
  • reporting bi-weekly on the status of accounts and other indicators to management
